Chatswood Library on The Concourse is located on the lower ground level.

The library, run by Willoughby City Council, offers an extensive collection of items and a multilingual collection in more than 10 languages.

The library also offers an extensive local history collection complete with contemporary and historic information about the region as well as genealogical resources.

Chatswood library hosts a dynamic range of public programs including talks, children’s events, HSC programs, tutorials, English classes and book clubs.

The library is also equipped with the latest technology and offers self-checkouts and well as counter service.

Also located in the library is the Sustainability Education Centre that provides an interactive guide to the sustainable design features of The Concourse.
