COVID-19 Refund Policy
We regret to inform all patrons that, due to the risk associated with the COVID-19 virus and the government directive to restrict public gatherings, all performances at The Concourse Performing Arts Centre have been cancelled or rescheduled up until the 31st March
We understand the closure will have great impact on the community, however, the health and well-being of our patrons, artists and staff is our highest priority.
For events after the 31st March we are working with all of our promoters and show producers on an individual basis. In some cases promoters have elected to cancel their events now or reschedule to dates later in the year. In either case should you have tickets you will be contacted either by the venue, the promoter or our ticketing agent.
As the duration of the COVID-19 virus outbreak is unknown some promoters of events later in the year have adopted a wait and see approach. In this case the event may still remain onsale or may be suspended from sale. Please check your specific event on the “what’s on” page for information about each individual event. We will update each individual event as information comes to hand.
In the event of cancellation
You are entitled to a full refund. This refund will be automatically processed by our box office or ticket agent and the funds credited to the card used to make the purchase.
For seasonal events such as Willoughby Symphony, Live at Lunch or Willoughby Theatre Company we would recommend that you show your support of these organisations by transferring your tickets to one of their events later in the year. This will be done fee free. Please contact our box office on (02) 8075 8111 should you wish to do so
In event of rescheduling
You will be contacted by our box office or ticket agent. You have the option of transferring your tickets to the new performance date or requesting a refund. We would suggest that if at all possible you show your support for our event promoters by attempting to reschedule rather than cancel your ticket.
In some cases your old ticket will be valid for the new event, we will explain this to you when we contact you.
