The car park is open from 6am to 11pm Monday – Saturday (including public holidays) and 8am – 11pm on Sundays.
The first hour parking is free. Parking rates for extended times vary according to time of entry. Please refer to the parking rates here.

The initial truck height for deliveries down to the loading dock is 3.8m and the general car park height for normal vehicles is 2.2m.
The Concourse car park has Accessible parking spaces both on Level 1 and 2 of the car park. These are located close to the lifts.
The Chatswood Interchange is home to both the bus and rail stations. On arrival take the stairs/escalators up onto Chatswood Mall. Walk down to the bottom of the Mall and cross over Anderson Street at the pedestrian lights. The Concourse is opposite you – it’s a 2 minute walk.

The Concourse is located within a 2-minute walk from the Chatswood Interchange – the city’s major train and bus transport hub. Buses M40, 273, and 200 depart regularly from CBD locations and stop in front of the precinct.
The stage door is located on Anderson Street near the corner of Ferguson Lane.
The Art Space is located on the Ground Floor next to the Box Office and opposite the lifts.
The Civic Pavilion is located on the Ground Floor. The entrance can be found to the right of the Library entrance.

The Box Office is open: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and 2 hours prior to show times on weekends & public holidays.
The Box office is located on the Ground Floor next to the Art Space.
Tickets are collected from the Box Office on the Ground Floor. You may collect these at any time up until the start of the show.
You should plan to arrive with enough time to collect your tickets, locate your entry door and be seated prior to the advertised start time. Typically most patrons plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the show commencing.
For certain shows the production requests a lock out for late coming patrons. This is at the discretion of the producers. The duration of the lock out varies depending on the performance. To ensure you see all of the show you should arrive and be seated prior to the advertised start time.

All onsite toilets include accessible toilet facilities. Accessible toilets can be found on all levels of the venue and outside on the Ground Level.
