Vehicle Drop Off

A pick-up and drop-off point is located on Anderson Street outside the side entrance to The Concourse. See map.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available onsite on both Level 1 and 2 of The Concourse car park, with access to all venues from the car park lifts. Use lift 1 for access to the Box Office, Concert Hall and Theatre and lift 2 for access to the Civic Pavilion and Urban Screen.

There are also designated accessible street parking spaces nearby in Endeavour and Spring Streets. See map

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets can be found throughout the venue:


Lower Ground Floor – outside the Library.
Ground Floor – near the Box Office and outdoors near the grass area.
Level 1 – behind the Concert Hall.

Wheelchair and Companion Card Holder Bookings

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in all venues. All enquiries and bookings for patrons in a wheelchair or companion card holders must go through The Concourse Box Office.

Wheelchair Access

All venues are accessible by wheelchair. The Theatre has wheelchair access to both the stalls and dress circle though Doors 1 and 5 and the Concert Hall stalls are accessible through any of the Level 1 doors. The Civic Pavilion is a Ground Floor venue with no stairs. It has direct access from the car park.

Urban Screen Access

The Urban Screen is located outdoors on level 2 and can be accessed via the lift directly from the car park (Lift 2) or the Library entrance on Ground Level.

Assisted Listening

Assisted Listening Systems are offered in the Theatre, Concert Hall, foyer and bar areas. Please contact The Concourse Box Office for enquiries and to collect your hearing device.
