Chatswood Library

Chatswood Library on The Concourse, run by Willoughby City Council, provides over 5,000 square metres of books, resources and reference material, entertainment and information. It offers an extensive collection of items, including collections in languages other than English, and a wide range of online resources.

The library is home to an extensive local history collection complete with contemporary and historic information about the region as well as genealogical resources.

Chatswood Library hosts a dynamic range of public programs including talks, children’s events, HSC programs, tutorials, English classes and book clubs. The library is also equipped with the latest technology and offers self-checkouts as well as counter service.

Friday – 9am-6pm
Saturday – 9am-5pm
Sunday –  2pm-5pm

Parking and Location
Chatswood Library is located on the Lower Ground level of The Concourse. The Concourse is a two-minute walk from the Chatswood Interchange, which incorporates both train and bus terminals.

Parking is available onsite at The Concourse car park and offers one hour free parking.  The library has direct lift access from The Concourse car park and from The Concourse Ground Floor level.
