Deliveries & Access

Bump In & Deliveries

Loading and unloading accesses are be limited to between the times specified by your “Access Time” and “Bump-out Concludes/Venue Clear” times listed above.

Any deliveries or equipment to or from site outside of these times needs to be discussed with your Event Manager. Whilst we will accommodate these to be best of our ability sometimes other events prior to or following your event may make these not possible. Please ensure you pass on the loading dock instructions to any third-party deliveries you are arranging. Deliveries made in advance of your event date may not be possible due to other events, you will need to seek approval with your Event Manager prior to arranging these.

1. General loading zone located in Ferguson Lane. This has no height restriction. This operates as a normal loading zone in that it is only for use by commercial vehicles and a time limit of 1 hour applies. You may load and unload but not park.

2. Unloading via The Concourse carpark. There is a height restriction of 2.2m. There are lifts that access the Civic Pavilion directly from the carpark. Simply Park near the lifts labelled 4 and 5 and load goods directly into the lift. Select CP on the lift and this loads directly into the Pavilion foyer space

3. The Carpark loading dock. There is a 4.3m height restriction to this dock. Drive into the carpark underneath the venue and through the boom gates. Immediately past the boom gates on the right is a fixed height loading dock. Unload and transfer goods to lifts. Please note vehicles cannot park on the dock and must depart immediately after loading/unloading.
