Worship Like Never Before This Easter
This Easter, step into a powerful night of worship where extraordinary music and deep reverence meet.
The Australian Christian Orchestra & Choir invites you to an unforgettable Easter evening at the world-class Chatswood Concourse Concert Hall—a night created for Christians who love to worship God in song and long to do so in a way they may never have experienced before.
This evening exists for one purpose: the worship of God, every note, every voice, every moment, all to bring Him priase. Join in song in those from and unite in praise across denominational divides, to worship our Lord Jesus Christ this Easter.
This is worship carried by the full force of a symphony orchestra and choir, offered with care, beauty, and theological depth.
After three years of sold-out performances in the Sydney CBD and a landmark Gold Coast concert for over 2,500 people, the Australian Christian Orchestra & Choir brings its most ambitious and carefully crafted program yet to Chatswood. This Easter marks a defining moment for the ensemble—and an invitation into worship on a truly grand scale.
A Night of Worship, Not Performance
This evening is designed for Christians from Orthodox, Catholic, Anglican, Pentecostal, Baptist, and evangelical traditions who are drawn to worship through music and desire something deeper, richer, and more expansive.
Some moments will lift you to sing with full voice.
Others will invite you to listen, reflect, and pray as the music carries the weight of Easter hope.
Through orchestral power, choral strength, and moments of stillness, this night creates space to worship with heart, mind, body, and soul.
Music of Rare Excellence
This concert marks the conducting debut of Natalia Raspopova as Music Supervisor for the ensemble. An internationally recognised conductor, she has worked with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, the BBC Concert Orchestra (London), and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. Under her baton, a full symphony orchestra and 50-voice choir will lead worship with precision, depth, and emotional power.
This is the same orchestra featured on Darlene Zschech’s 30th Anniversary recording of Shout to the Lord, bringing recording-quality excellence to the concert hall.
The program weaves sacred masterworks by Vaughan Williams and Dan Forrest with modern worship hymns from CityAlight and the Gettys—music chosen not only for beauty, but for its ability to proclaim the Gospel clearly and faithfully.
Many Traditions, One Act of Praise
Musicians and worship leaders from Coptic Orthodox, Pentecostal, and Anglican backgrounds, representing over 20 Christian denominations, offer this night together. Each tradition brings its own formation and musical language, united in the shared act of praising Christ.
The evening also includes a clear, hope-filled Easter message from an ordained minister, making this both a worship gathering and a proclamation of the Resurrection.
“Just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.”
