The 2026 Cultural China - Water Cube Cup Chinese Songs Contest is a global overseas Chinese public welfare brand activity hosted by the Cultural China Water Cube Cup Chinese Songs Contest Organizing Committee, and co-organized by Beijing Radio & Television Station, Beijing National Aquatics Center, Beijing Performing Arts Co., Ltd., and China Conservatory of Music, with support from media organizations such as People's Daily Online, China Overseas Chinese Network, iQiyi, and Chinese Headlines.

This year marks the 16th anniversary of the Water Cube Cup Chinese Songs Contest, with the theme: "Sounds Resonate Globally, Music is My Part!" The Sydney division of the Water Cube Cup is hosted by the Australian Beijing Association and the Australian Chinese Cultural and Educational Development Association.

The Water Cube Night is the Water Cube Cup Sydney Closing Ceremony and Award night. We welcome all those who love, support and appreciate Chinese songs to participate.
